
Invitation to free online lecture and practice on March 30
Hi dear friends. We would like to invite you to free online lecture about Mantra OM and practice of Full Yogic Breathing on March 30.
First lecture will be about Mantra chanting. What is mantra, how does it work, what are benefits of mantra chanting. We will talk how mantras can help us grow in self-development.
In second part we’re going to start learning Full Yogic Breathing. This breathing technique allows you to breath correctly, with full lungs and get maximum benefits of correct breathing to your body and mind. Full Yogic Breathing has many benefits:
• Revitalize whole body with life energy (prana)
• Increase lung capacity
• Relax nervous system
• Increase blood circulation
• Boost digestion
• Improves concentration
• Calm down mind

Attention! Lecture about Anapanasati meditation is cancelled. There will be no second lecture about Anapanasati as it was planned before. So we will have only one lecture and Full Yogic Breathing practice.
